E-Commerce Orders: When purchasing assets via the Supply Depot, your name, shipping address, and email are processed strictly for fulfillment through our production partner (Printify).
Stripe Payment Telemetry: All financial transactions are processed securely by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. utilizing PCI-DSS Level 1 certified TLS 1.3 encrypted infrastructure. We never store credit/debit card numbers or CVCs on our servers.
Sponsorship Comms: Inquiries sent via the Brand Terminal are stored securely and used solely to evaluate partnership engagements.

These terms govern your use of the LukeWarmSkelly digital ecosystem and transactions conducted via the Supply Depot.
Orders & Currency:
All store transactions are billed in Great British Pounds (£ / GBP) via Stripe Checkout.
We reserve the right to decline or refund orders in the event of stock inaccuracies, manufacturing anomalies, or fraud verification flags.
Intellectual Property:
All brand insignia, channel logos, stream HUD assets, overlay graphics, and apparel illustrations are proprietary intellectual property of LukeWarmSkelly. Duplication or commercial distribution without written consent is prohibited.

Print-On-Demand Production:
Every Supply Depot item is custom manufactured upon verified order placement. Standard production turnaround is 2–5 business days before dispatch with tracked carrier telemetry.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your order arrives damaged, flawed, or misprinted, please report it within 30 days of receipt.
Submit your Stripe Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the defect to our support uplink. A replacement will be expedited free of charge, or a full refund issued to your original payment method.

Because products are bespoke and produced on-demand, please consult the sizing matrices before checkout to ensure proper fit.
